Sony's Reveal of Shenmue 3 is a Winner! Trailer & Reaction

Shenmue3 Sony E32015
Shenmue 3 is coming, and you should be excited!
Sony's reveal at E3 that they are helping and funding the development of Shenmue 3 was received with great excitement and joy.

For years, dedicated fans, Facebook groups and Twitter users have rallied hard to try and get a continuation of the Shenmue saga in development. The campaign to get Shenmue funded on Kickstarter was immediately successful, overtaking its original target of USD 2 million in less than 9 hours. "We can unfold the continuous story, "Shenmue III will be the story you have waited for. The fate of Shenmue is in your hands now" Shenmue creator Yu Suzuki said defiantly.

There is still a long way to go before we get to see Shenmue again, with financial targets yet to be reached. The estimate on a release date is currently ranging from mid-2017 to late 2017. Either way, most fans won't be too bothered as long as the chance to play Ryo Hazuki again is on the horizon.

3 of my Favourites from the '90s

GoldenEye N64
Multiplayer mayhem!
GoldenEye 007 (N64, 1997)

When I was a young boy, I wanted to be like James Bond. Now that may sound a little crazy, but I couldn't have been the only one with aspirations to one day become a top secret agent.

Unfortunately, back in 1997, I didn't know a licence to kill was just a novelist invention, or that my chances of being needed for MI6 field operations were slim to none. Nevertheless, courtesy of developer Rare, and publisher Nintendo, I could at least pretend I was a spy with GoldenEye oo7.
